Regarding healthy diets, I will talk about those specifically designed for children.

Child nutrition follows similar principles to that of adults, focusing on essential nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, proteins, and fats.

For a balanced diet for children, include:

Proteins: Fish, meats, poultry, eggs

Fruits: Various fresh options araan

Vegetables: Diverse fresh options

Dairy: Skim or low-fat dairy products such as milk, yogurt, or cheese
