Hello, today I'm going to teach you how to make a very healthy breakfast.

Blender, fin, and pan

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup oats 
  • 1 cup milk
  • unsalted butter
  • Papaya, apple, mango and pineapple

 

Let's cook!

Step  1: Blend

Add to the blender jar the egg, cinnamon powder, banana, oats, and milk, then blend for 20 seconds or until well combined.

Step 2: Cook the pancakes

Heat a frying pan, add a bit of butter, and pour in some of the mixture; cook on both sides until the pancakes are well-cooked and golden. Repeat the process with the rest of the mixture, until you've used it all up.

Step 3: Serve

Serve the pancakes with a bit of honey and garnish with chunks of papaya, mango, pineapple, apple and syrup. Don't forget a delicious cup of sugar-free coffee.
